AHS Zoo School

A few years back, Asheboro High School partnered with the North Carolina Zoological Park to create the AHS Zoo School, a "science-themed, cross-curricular focused small learning community that actively engages students in real life experiences [on their] 1,500 acre campus.  Students have the opportunity to work with NC Zoo staff and apply their scientific investigation skills to solve problems."

School administrators asked me to develop a logo that could be used for their marketing materials (signage, letterheads, cards, etc). I developed several versions before AHS and Zoo officials chose the version you see at left.  In the additional images below, I have included the horizontal letterhead letterhead format, as well as some of the design comps I developed. It's like a logo safari!
