Townhomes on Main

Townhomes on Main are some beautifully built homes located on...well, Main Street in Asheboro. The builder wanted something upscale that could relay the quality of these homes, so I generated a basci logo using a script typeface then carried the concept on through to signage and a  brochure. I'm also including a picture below of the completed townhomes and development - très chic.

Select Homes

A logo concept that never really got to spread it's wings. These concepts for Select Homes in Asheboro were commisioned before everybody in the business was on board for changning up the logo. So...much like the extra content and deleted scenes you find on a DVD, these have found a home here in my online portfolio.

Sea Oak Villas

Sea Oak Villas was a high end condo complex in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I generated the logo, site "Coming Soon" signage, promotional brochure and website to blanket the market to facilitate the sale of the units.  Unfortunately, this project was started when the real estate bubble burst and I think it has been place on indefinite hold.  I added in a shot of the website (now-non-functional), the site signage, pages from the promotional brochure and a shot of a sister site (North Myrtle Beach Duplex) in the additional images below.

RedWolf Development

A static HTML site I created in the early 2000's. Notice one of my first dives into flash animation with the slideshow in the upper right. Yup. It could use some updating, but hey...at least it works (on some level) and it shows you how far I've come.

Randolph County Economic Development

Bonnie Renfro and Lisa Bennet at Randolph County Economic Development Corporation had a website that, when they needed to make a change, took several weeks for their developer to get the changes made. RCEDC approached me with the need for a site they could update themselves and to brand it with their new look which they had developed focusing on Asheboro and Randolph County being the "heart" of North Carolina. There was extensive content to port over from the other site as well as remaking an searchable member database and linking it to the North Carolina Department of Commerce real estate listing site. The end result is a comprehensive and extensive website that presents their complete branding strategy.

Florida Gulf Beach Condo

A client from another website had some rental property that he wanted to promote online.  Being on a budget, he didn't want anything extravagent, but did want a crisp, clean presence that would work to direct traffic to the rental agency handling the reservations. For eye candy, I added in a javascript image gallery to set off this single-serving site.
